For the highly anticipated musical Mean Girls movie, Paramount Pictures and Snapchat needed an eye-catching sizzle that captured the film’s fun spirit. To make it happen, they turned to MediaNug to craft a red carpet piece that would connect with audiences in an engaging way. With the film’s legacy as a pop culture phenomenon, we knew this project needed more than just a standard interview—it had to feel as iconic as Mean Girls itself.

We flew our team out to New York City to sit down with the star-studded cast, assembling a powerhouse crew of a producer, interviewer, and camera operator to ensure we captured every moment flawlessly. We kept things light asking questions like “Which character would be your IRL best friend?” and “What high school superlatives would you give your fellow castmates?” We took the best moments from our interviews and cut them into a fast-paced, visually exciting sizzle reel designed to grab attention on Snapchat and beyond. The final piece was a massive success, blending the nostalgia of Mean Girls with fresh, engaging content that felt totally fetch.
