Paramount Pictures partnered with Medianug to create content to help support their marketing campaign for the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem” film. The idea was to create original content with existing trends to help spark excitement and engagement to encourage audience members to watch the movie in theaters.
Medianug created several concepts to recut the film’s trailers into tiktok-style media via using existing footage of the film. We also sent a team of UGC creators and producers to NYC to replicate popular trends including polls, trendy text prompts, and live Q&A’s on the city streets which were edited to create punchy, fan-filled videos. Medianug also casted and produced trending UGC content using current tiktok trends. In addition, we also created graphics and edits with fan reviews of the film to circulate around social media. The result was a final package of marketable content which bolstered the box office turnout on opening weekend!
